Raw Spirit Retreat 8-11 June

Summer is around the corner and we are organizing a weekend full of raw foods and yoga in Mykonos! The perfect getaway to kick off your summer and feel your best:)


The Schedule

arr. at 18:00

Welcome dinner & opening circle with discussion about raw food, detox and yoga!

Saturday / Sunday:
7-9 Meditation-Pranayama-Yoga
9-10:30 Breakfast
11:00 – 14:00 un-cooking class/Acro-Yoga
14:00 lunch and free time
18:00 – 19:30 afternoon yoga class open for all (donation)
19:30 – 20:00 sunset tea
20:00 dinner + night circle with questions, music, meditation / Raw pizza and chocolate party on Sunday

**If the winds are friendly we will visit Delos island!!

The facilitators

Nina Savidi is a Dharma yoga instructor and certified raw living food chef. Author of the cookbook “Vegan & Living Raw Food” , she also shares her recipes online through veggie-wedgie.com. When she is not in New York practicing yoga with her teacher Sri Yogi Dharma Mittra, she can be found in the circus practicing aerial acrobatics!

Demi Pappa is a certified Sivananda Yoga instructor and Thai Yoga Massage therapist. Her studies include a teachers training course in Sivananda ashram in South India and many workshops and immersions in hatha, anusara, acroyoga and circus arts. She also studied Thai Yoga Massage with several teachers of the Sunshine network in Thailand, Greece and Spain, as well as Vipassana Meditation. Working for many years in tourism she has a lot of experience in organizing events and retreats and is the creator of www.yogavacation.gr where she shares news and advice about yoga retreats in Greece and abroad. Also interested in nutrition and healthy food, she has been studying and jumping in the kitchen to experiment with her ideas.

Nina and Demi have been travelling together, cooking, assisting and facilitating several yoga retreats and festivals in Greece and Spain!
