
Lately I have been posting a lot of desserts and not many savory dishes.I really don;t know what is wrong with me!But hold your places, because this is delicious and healthy at the same time!Another recipe from the Mama Superfoods uncooking class , delicious melt-in-our-mouth raw sugar free chocolate!! This is a very versatile recipe since you can substitute all the powders with just cocoa powder in you cant find these ingredients, use chopped nuts instead of cocoa nibs-it is there to give some crunch! You can also use vanilla or other spices instead of orange peel, and replace golden berries with other dried fruit! So basically you can flavor your chocolate however YOU want!Be creative and experiment with your food!
*The cocoa butter I used is not white, but it is mixed with cocoa beans, so it is an unsweetened form of raw chocolate!I f you use withe, you will need to add more cocoa powder.
-3 tbsp raw coconut oil/3 κ.σ. λάδι καρύδας
-1/2 cup melted chocolate cocoa butter [175 gr]/1/2 κούπα λιωμένο καφέ βούτυρο κακάο [175γρ]
-3 tbsp agave syrup/ 3 κ.σ. σιρόπι αγαύης
-1 tbsp raw cocoa powder/ 1 κ.σ. σκόνη κακάο
-1 tbsp purple cocoa powder/ 1 κ.σ. μόβ σκόνη κακάο
-1 tbsp carob powder/1 κ.σ. σκόνη χαρούπι
-1 tbsp cacao nibs/ 1 κ.σ. κόκκους κακάο
-1 tbsp orange peel/ 1 κ.σ. ξύσμα πορτοκαλιού
-few golden berries to decorate/ golden berries για διακόσμηση
First melt cocoa butter in bain marie.Once it is melted add coconut butter and mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients you are using [besides the dried fruit for the toppings]. Now pour the chocolate in moulds or ice cube tray, top with one berry on each chocolate and freeze for up to 30 minutes. Once they are hard enough to handle, remove from trays and serve! To store, keep them in the fridge. This makes about 20 chocolates [1 tbsp each].

Πρώτα λιώνουμε σε μπαιν-μαρί το βούτυρο κακάο. Μόλις λιώσει προσθέτουμε το βούτυρο καρύδας και ανακατεύουμε.Προσθέτουμε τα υπόλοιπα υλικά [εκτός από τα ξηρά φρούτα για τη διακόσμηση] και χύνουμε το μείγμα σε παγοθήκες και τοποθετούμε σε κάθε σοκολατάκι ένα ξηρό φρούτο της επιλογής μας. Βάζουμε στην κατάψυξη για τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα, και μόλις σκληρύνουν σερβίρουμε. Φυλάμε στο ψύγειο γιατί λιώνουνε εύκολα!Η συνταγή φτιάχνει 2ο ατομικά σοκολατάκια! Πειραματιστείτε με τα αρωματικά, π.χ. αντί για πορτοκάλι μπορείτε να προσθέσετε βανίλια ή άλλα μπαχάρια. Επίσης αντί για κόκκους κακάο μπορείτε να βάλετε κομματάκια ξηρών καρπών της αρεσκείας σας και να αντικαταστήσετε όλες τις σκόνες τις συνταγής μόνό με κακάο ή μόνο με χαρούπι. Το ωμό βούτυρο κακάο που χρησιμοποιώ [από το Μαμα Superfoods]είναι καφέ, γιατί είναι ήδη αναμειγμένο με κακάο [ουσιαστικά είναι ωμή, άγλυκη σοκολάτα]



This is a really interesting idea. I’m trying to imagine what it must taste like. The idea of raw chocolate is really different.

For those wondering about the flavor, this is chocolate in its purest form, with the best quality ingredients, so of course it tastes like chocolate with all the added health benefits as well!! You can adjust the sweetness by the amount of agave nectar-or other sweetener you are using!
