This recipe is adapted from Donna Hay magazine. It is a very light and refreshing dip to serve instead of hummus or other dips. It tastes a bit sweet and creamy! I really liked this alternative and creative taste!
Plus, it only takes a few minutes to make.

Ingredients
-1 beetroot, cooked/1 παντζάρι μαγειρεμένο
-2/3 cup unsweetened soy yogurt/ 2/3 κούπας γιαούρτι σόγιας
-1 tbsp tahini/ 1 κ.σ. ταχίνι
-1 tsp cumin/ 1 κ.γ. κύμινο
-1 tsp garlic powder/ 1 κ.γ. σκόνη σκόρδου
-1 tsp onion powder/ 1 κ.γ. σκόνη κρεμμύδι
-3 tsp lemon juice/ 3 κ.γ. λεμόνι
-1/4 tsp chilli/ 1/4 κ.γ. τσίλι
-pinch of salt/ πρέζα αλάτι
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth! Serve chilled with crakers. That’s it! Enjoy!
Βάζουμε όλα τα υλικά στο μπλέντερ και χτυπάμε μέχρι να γίνει ένα βελούδινο μείγμα. Σερβίρουμε κρύο με κρακεράκια! Καλή όρεξη!

I’ve seen a similar recipe before and thought it sounded intriguing! Yours looks great–that is a gorgeous photo.
Great idea, the color looks really nice.
Wow, that’s a gorgeous color. I do like hummus but am not a fan of beets. I wonder if I would like this.
I love any and all hummus recipes, and I have yet to come across a beet version. This is definately on my ‘recipes to make this week’ list. Thanks!
Yum! I am going to make that. I hope it turns out as good as yours looks!
